We had an incredible session on Wednesday, but we aren't done yet. Today, we are dialing it up and focusing on the powerhouse of the body.

🏋️‍♂️ Today’s Mission: Upper Body & Core 🏋️‍♀️
We’re talking sculpted shoulders, strong backs,biceps and sexy triceps for that strapless dress you want to wear this summer. Dont forget about a core that can handle anything life throws at it. Whether you were here Wednesday or you're just joining us for the week, show up and show out!

My Bootcamp classes are gamified to keep things moving, but make no mistake: the "Penalty Tax" is real. If the dice don't roll your way, or the form starts to slip, the burpees are waiting. 😈

Day 3 of week 3

This is my first meal of the day (12:30pm)
☑️2 eggs scram
☑️3 cherry tomatoes
☑️2 oz of spinach
☑️2 pieces of turkey bacon
☑️2 almond flour pancakes with sugar-free chocolate chips

I did have a glass of apple cider vinegar with cinnamon and a couple splashes of lime juice about an hour before I ate. This helps keep me feeling content until I end my fast.

Apple cider vinegar is GREAT for reducing blood sugar levels so if you or anyone you know has Diabetes and is trying to lose weight, I would highly recommend this.

ACV has a million other benefits, but I wanted to highlight this one today.
