30 minutes a day can create results. As long as there’s a purpose to those minutes. If there’s purpose you don’t need to spend hours in the gym. Hit new levels of conditioning, lose weight, get in shape, be healthier…whatever your goals are, you can reach them 30 minutes at a time.
Also. If you are on a personal journey, take notes. Document the journey. Take pics (even with bug bites). Take videos. Celebrate the small successes, no matter how big or small, on the way to your goal. Jessica Sayre Christian Sayre

I’ve been asked what is my “go to” move when working out, and it has to be PUSH-UPS.
So many different variations you can do to target different muscle groups.
Plus they work the core without any extra ab work.
And another great thing about them is…NO WEIGHTS, just gravity. You can do them anywhere, no equipment needed!
