Always a good time on Memorial Weekend. Incredibly grateful for everyone that came out for our 2nd year doing this here. Lots of smiles, laughs, and building new relationships. We look forward to making this better and better every year and continuing to honoring those who sacrificed for our freedom.

Favorite Exercise: farmers’ carry. Second fav hex bar deadlift.
What motivates you: I’m 40 and I need a great gym with some buddies to help me keep an active lifestyle. Healthy body, healthy mind. Coaching from personal trainers helps me stay safe by using the proper technique and motivates me to keep pushing toward my goals every time we work together. Self improvement will help me in all areas of life, whether it’s being with friends and family, romance, or work. Before I leave the planet I want to dunk a basketball on a 10-foot hoop!!
What is your favorite thing about the gym: The family atmosphere created by the trainers. Everything is personalized based on my specific goals, interests, and abilities. The members have a friendly, respectful culture where everyone works hard but are free to do so in their own way. The gym is a nice clean space with all the equipment you’d want and need. I like that the fridge is loaded in case I need some cool refreshment or a nice protein snack. Shout out to Taylor and Jordan! They’re doing great things and are just getting started.
