The closing of the pool! The final sunset!
By Philip Schorg

Lively voices quiet as members exit one by one

Relationships were made all summer but now it’s done

The sounds of children laughing fade away

as they leave and begin to miss their friends at the end of the last day

The whir of the filter and motor finally go silent

after working every day until the seasons all spent

All of this quiet may seem like the end

But friendships were made and you’ll come back together again

Sunnyslope pool is definitely the place to be

Cause in the end we’ve much grown like a family

So smile for now and don’t feel so down

Before you know it another summer will come ‘round

In the meantime cherish the memories made each day

Because before you know it’ll be next May!

Thanks everyone for a very memorable summer!
I look fwd to connecting again next season!

Have an AMAZING winter!!!

Message to all members.

There is no more availability for pool party’s before or after hours

A huge shout out to all of our guards going off to or back to high school and college!

With that comes a challenge for scheduling. We are extremely short staffed for the remainder of the season. Please no more party requests during regular pool hours as well as keeping all guests to a minimum. (Too many extra guests means finding additional staff)This is a fair way to treat all of our members and staff while adhering to safety of all patrons at the pool!

Thank you all for your understanding!

Phillip
