🎉Let's show our support for UNO Curling! 🎉

Wear Black, Give Back: UNO Giving Day starts at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 7, and lasts until noon on Thursday, Oct. 8.

Every donation helps them continue to grow their club, compete against universities from across the country, and create more opportunities for UNO students to experience the sport of curling. 🥌

⭐Meet the Board - Elise Cherek⭐

Elise is new to our board this year and we're so happy she's here! She's been curling for 5 years. Say hi to her this fall on Sundays at noon and 2:15.
🥌
One of her favorite curling memories is going to college curling bonspiels with UNL! Before games, she's getting hyped listening to Think Later by Tate McRae while making sure she's wearing 2 pairs of socks!

⭐Meet the Board - Nancy Myers⭐

Nancy is starting her second term on the board after previously serving from 2014-2018! She has been curling for 20+ years. This fall, you can find Nancy curling on Sundays at 2:15.
🥌
She describes Aksarben Curling with "positivity"! Her favorite memory has to be watching UNL college curlers win the silver medal at College Nationals. When she's not curling, Nancy volunteers as a loon counter for the Adirondack Center for Loon Conservation.
