NO CLASS TONIGHT 7-13-20...students are out of action!!

Currently, in-class we are working on Jian, various lengths of stick, knife, and sword. Empty hand we are working on pi chuan, Gao family Tai ji and various hand techniques from southern Shaolin.

We Have Kung fu class Tmrw Night @ 6 pm. we will focus on weapons and kung fu. We DID NOT have much turn out Monday night, so those of you who wanted another night option better jump on it!

Starting classes again this Monday and Friday (June 15th and 19th) from 6 p.m to 730 pm.

SCHEDULE-

Mondays - 630 start time-Weapons class ( 45 mins) and SIL LUM kung fu (45 mins) 1.5 hrs of class total.

FRIDAYS- Tai Ji /push hands (45 mins) and SIL LUM kung fu 45 mins. 1.5 hrs total.

Cost is 60.00$ a month.

Hello everyone we will continue to have tai ji and Kung Fu classes. This type of movement is very good for your immune system. Also we are going to be teaching 8 piece brocade..this is a qi Gung set that the Chinese govt recommended as part of their virus protocol along with herbs. Please join us!
