Here’s the fight week meal plan for next week!
Please head to the store and get yourselves together to be prepared for this!
Also, please make sure you have a table scale and you’re weighing your food up to be sure aren’t going under or over the required serving guidelines!
This is the week most people fall off and stop coming because this is going to be a week where you’ll be tested to use your mental!
Please make sure that you have great people around you that encourage you!

Here’s how your portions should be looking
Protein
Losing weight- 2-4oz per serving
Maintaining weight 6-8oz per serving
Gaining muscle 8-10oz per serving
Carbs
Losing 1/4 cup per serving
Maintaining 1/2 cup per serving
Gaining 1 cup per serving
Veggies
2 cups per serving
Please do not eyeball your servings order a table scale from Amazon or head to Walmart and purchase one. Make sure you understand what’s going inside your bodies!
This journey is all about science! So it’s important your body is getting the proper nutrients that’s going to send your body in the direction it needs to head in!
When your body meets a level where it’s not moving on the scale or measuring tape, it’s normally because it’s getting too much or less than what is required for the ideal goal weee trying to reach!

Welcome to The Final Lap!!!
Sad to announce that this is the last training camp for a moment.
We’re looking to finish transforming everyone’s life and we’re going to only accomplish that mission if everyone works together as a team and encourage each other to continue being on top of their game!
