At Kendall’s Martial Arts not only do we teach self- defense but also bully defense. They learn conflict de-escalation, emotional control, and self-defense skills to handle situations without relying on violence. Furthermore we focus on building each child’s confidence and strong self image, so they are less likely to be targets to bullying.

Congrats to all our competitors this weekend! We’ve had so much going on this month with tournaments and testing. You guys worked so hard! So proud! 🙂
