Sprinting isn’t just flexion and extension — it’s rotation.

🔴 Hip Internal Rotation (Lead Leg)
As the lead leg comes through, the femur internally rotates.
This positions the hip to stack over the foot and directs force down into the ground.
Downward force = stiffness + projection.
That’s how you create a powerful strike instead of a soft collapse.

🔵 Hip External Rotation (Recovery Leg)
As the trail leg extends back, external rotation helps orient the femur to push straight behind you.
This is what turns ground contact into linear force — force that actually moves you forward.

No rotation?
You leak energy sideways.
You lose projection.
You lose speed.

If you want faster sprinting: Train rotation. Control rotation. Express rotation.
