March was a failure and a success. I did go the full month without eating anything deep fried. I failed with posting content and the unrealistic weight loss goal. Truth is it is extremely difficult eating so much. Even being at home cooking has become a chore as well as going to the store.
Happy Monday everyone. 1st full week of cut. I do feel great after the 1st few days of the month but this week it's time to tweak the little things.

March 1st. My goal is (186lbs) Cardio & Protein are key. No sweets. No deep fried foods. 31 days of discipline and sacrifice. Thru this journey I will post my eating/macros for a day every week, my workout splits, & water intake.
