It is with sad hearts that we announce the permanent closure of Pinnacle Fitness Club. Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 and Scoular’s search for a new location in Omaha for its corporate headquarters, the very difficult decision was made to cease operating Pinnacle Fitness Club as a business.
Over the next 30 days, we will be communicating with members about how to retrieve any personal belongings stored in lockers. In addition, we will process refunds for any prepaid personal training sessions and prorated March membership fees from the time we closed on March 16, 2020. Refunds for unused months on any prepaid 6-month or 12-month memberships will also be processed by the end of May. Towel Tracker payments will not be refunded.
Scoular has been privileged to support the use of this storied fitness facility to the community over many years. We thank all of our members for choosing Pinnacle as their fitness home and we wish all of you the best of health.

5) step-ups (30 seconds each leg)

1) Squat ball pass
2) Ball push-up one hand on ball (perform 10 the switch sides)
3) Ball lunge and pass
4) ball decline pushups with both feet on the ball
5) ball squat and pass to side (perform 10 then switch sides)
6) Ball sit-ups and pass

10-Move At-Home HIIT Workout | Fitness | MyFitnessPal This is a 10-move, at-home HIIT workout that requires very little equipment and only a fraction of the time of an endurance workout, but still gets results.
Living it Up with the Loza’s Workout #29 Abs and Core:
1) Butterfly crunches/ seated forward fold
2) Cross cross abs/ hold foot side lying hamstring stretch
3) Roll up legs up combo/ seated rotation stretch
4) Figure 4 Crunch/ figure 4 stretch (45 seconds then switch sides
5) Everything Crunch/ table to stretch drop legs to side
6) Scissors/ happy baby stretch
