Last morning in Maine. 🧘♀️
Three days. Three very different conversations about the body, the breath, and what it means to build a practice that actually fits your life.
Today we close with Kapha, the dosha of earth and water, of comfort, and staying put. And the invitation isn’t to bulldoze it. It’s to tend it.
There’s something about Maine in early spring (still, gray, and unhurried) that feels like kapha itself. Heavy. Lush. Rooted. This view almost dares you to stay still.
But that’s exactly the point. The sadhana we’re building together isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about finding the practices that call you back. The practices that kindle your inner fire gently enough that it actually stays lit. To know yourself well enough to recognize when you need warmth, movement, and a little more light in your day.
I’ll be honest, mornings like this one make it easy to understand kapha from the inside.
The view is breathtaking. The coffee is perfect. And the sadhana calls. Welcome to Kapha season and welcome to day three.☕🌊
