Due to the inclement weather tonight's classes are cancelled (2/19/26). We plan to be open Saturday morning though. So, get to class this weekend. - McCarthy

First off, if I happen to miss you in this post, please understand it is simply exhaustion and not a lack of appreciation for any of you. I want to first thank Grandmasters Pellegrini, Gridley, Melegrito, and Rowe for their instruction this weekend. I would like to thank all the additional ICHF Seniors in attendance for their support (Jason and Nicole Swanson, GM Tim Harrison, GM Eric DeVeau, Sensei Padme Grace). Congratulations to all the students passing their certifications today. Congratulations to my friend, Mrs. Faith Melegrito, for her promotion to 1st Dan in Combat Hapkido and her induction as Dame in the Order of the Golden Owl. Congratulations to my own TKD students, Melissa & Wyatt, for their promotions to 1st Dan. And last (but definitely not least) my own staff and family for making it possible for me to chase my dreams of making a difference in the lives of others. I endeavor every day to be worthy of you.

Please, join us September 20-21 for a fantastic weekend of training and comraderie. All students of all styles are welcome.

This was a wonderful honor and privilege to be a part of. Here is to everyone’s continued growth.

The great pilgrimage to Roma! All I can say is this weekend was a tour de force. Martial arts training, awards, culture, food, and lots of heartfelt moments with some of the best people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. GM Pellegrini’s students were the biggest group and we brought the party wherever we went. Thank you.

This weekend Master Daniel McCarthy (along with a select group) attended a closed door training camp conducted by Grandmaster Pellegrini to become an official ICHF Seminar Leader!!!

Hope everyone is well. We will be open for classes this evening (3/5).

Monday 2/17: With the snow still falling and the roads a little bit iffy we are going to tell everyone stay home tonight. Be warm and safe. Hopefully see everyone for class tomorrow night.
