Not your typical yoga bootcamp. You may have heard the saying New Year, New You . . . no, no, no. This is New Year, MORE you!!
Pamela’s yoga bootcamps are designed to provide a fun and safe space to build a strong foundation to support a lifelong yoga practice. This is not a bunch of typical bootcamp drills, but rather a perfect mash up of the ideas of strength building, fitness training and yoga. A full body focused series will build a strong foundation while increasing strength and endurance as well as improve respiration. But even more, we will incorporate balance, flexibility and mindfulness to develop and expand the fundamentals that support a sound and sustainable yoga practice.
Classes will be held Saturday morning 10:30am – 11:45am from January 4th through the 25th with an additional New Years Day kick off class on January 1st.
