I was honored to help Louise celebrate her 94th birthday after strength class today! Louise is an inspiration to all of us. She walks to and from her apartment to the club house and never misses class. She can squat, lunge, and do a pretty impressive jumping jack. I regularly hear Louise exclaim “oh that was a good one!” Be like Louise🏋️💪❤️

I’m so proud of my Lakeside class! Wall work Wednesday. Louise and Jessie are 92 and, along with the rest of the class, can hold a wall sit 15 30 45 seconds.

Meet my new friend, Jessi. This 90 year young lady joined my Lakeside class a few weeks ago. Jessi understands that you can gain strength at any age. You just have to put in the effort.
