Quality sleep is non-negotiable when it comes to hormonal balance. During sleep, your body repairs and regulates hormone production. Aim for 7-9 hours of restful sleep each night to support your physical and mental health! We strongly encourage sleep tracking devices like your Watch or OURA ring to help gage recovery and sleep cycles.
Chronic stress can lead to elevated cortisol levels, which can disrupt the balance of other hormones, impacting everything from sleep to digestion. Incorporating stress-reduction techniques like yoga, meditation, or simple breathing exercises can significantly improve your hormonal health.
