With summer coming to an end, it's time to start thinking about next year's beach body!

We all work our asses off all winter to look good over the summer, then completely demolish our progress with binge drinking, excessive caloric intake, and poor sleep. All the habits we worked so hard to build and be consistent with gone over the course of 3 months for temporary happiness.

Now we find ourselves looking in the mirror unhappy with our body, our diet and the poor choices we made over the summer.

We ask ourselves "Was it worth it?"
Only you can answer that question...

I'm not trying to call anyone out, I've been there too. We all have!! But now is the time to think about the future. Remember your answer to the above question and keep that in mind moving into the 2025 Beach Season.

With that being said, I am currently looking to take on new clients who want to get a better mindset and transform themselves into the best they can be.

I have early morning slots available as well as mid day and evenings. I also offer online training to those who are just looking for a more structured training program as well as being held accountable.
