You will need an active UPA Membership before weigh-ins. No memberships will be purchased at weigh-ins. You can sign up at https://www.upapower.com/upa-membership-application/.

Entry Fee: $100 for 1st division, $40 for each Additional Division UPA & UPA- AD.

UPA-AD Division (drug tested): Add $10 fee to your cart.

T-Shirts Will Be $20 (you can purchase multiple shirts. Just say what sizes and add to cart for each shirt)

Friday, April 17th, 2026 9 - 11 am 4 - 7 pm
There will be no same-day weigh-ins. This meet will be a one session meet.

Lifting Starts at 9am 4/18/26 Mandatory rules meeting at 8am.

Events are as follows. Equipped and Raw Divisions Full Power, Push Pull, Bench Only, Deadlift Only Men, Women, Teen, Juniors, and Masters

Awards: 1st & 2nd in all division by weight class & total.

Best Lifter will be awarded for raw and equipped based on WILKS formula.

Monolift will be used for all squats. If you wish to walk out please let the head spotter before you lift.

55lb squat bar will be used for all squats 45lb Power Bar For Bench 45lb Deadlift Bar for Deadlifts

It is with great sadness to inform you that Cole Hiemer AKA Cole P Johnson passed away Friday September 26th. Coles service will be on Friday October 3rd at 2pm at First united Methodist Church: 2710 14th Street Columbus, NE 68601. Cole was a HUGE part of our Big Iron Gym family and we are heart broken to hear of this news. He had been a part of our gym family since the first day we opened our gym in 2018. Cole was a guy of very few words, but he was the most loyal and hardworking person…he was the guy who stayed until the very end of a powerlifting meet to help clean up as well as help set up. If anyone has pictures of Cole or a story to share, feel free to share on this post or send them to us on messenger through our Facebook Business page . His family is asking for pics, so please send any as soon as possible. Thank you in advance and we hope to see you at his service.
