🔥 CAMDEN “SUGAR COOKIE” SCHEKIRKE 🔥

You may not hear Cam say much…

BUT YOU’LL SEE HIM WORK. 😤

Camden is one of those athletes who quietly goes about his business. He pays attention. He listens. He takes coaching. He gets better.

Coming off baseball, Cam knew he needed to become MORE EXPLOSIVE and learn how to use his strength!

So he got to work.

-0.10 SECONDS OFF HIS FLYING 10, in just ONE MONTH…

That’s a HUGE start to an offseason.

And what’s even better? His confidence is growing just as fast as his performance.

Keep grinding, Cam. We’re just getting started. 🔥⚡

🔥 EVERETT & MARLY ROSE🔥

About month ago, Everett & Marly walked through the doors at ETS after a HUGE move and they haven’t looked back since.

Every. Single. Day. They show up ready to work, compete, and get better. 💪🏼

The best part? They’re constantly pushing each other, competing to become the best versions of themselves. One raises the bar, and the other answers the challenge. 🔥

And if you know Everett & Marly, you know you can always count on two things: a smile on their faces and sweat dripping off them.

They bring the energy. They bring the competitiveness. They bring the work ethic.

And they’re just getting started. 👀

Keep showing up. Keep competing. Keep pushing each other.

Welcome to ETS, Everett & Marly. We’re pumped to have you! 🖤❤️

⚡ FEATURE FRIDAY | Piper ⚡

Since November, Piper has quietly been doing the good work!

She’s attacked every session with an incredible level of focus. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just an obsession with getting better one rep at a time!

Her attention to detail is what separates her. The little things most athletes overlook? She embraces them. Because she understands that’s where real development happens.

The result?

HUGE progress in her

⬆️ CMJ
⬆️ IMTP
⬆️ RSI

Keep Up the great work Piper, can’t wait to see the results continue to pay off 🔥 💯

This week’s goes out to Tegan Clark!

Great athletes aren’t built by talent alone, they’re built by the choices they make every single day. The choice to show up. The choice to work when it’s hard. The choice to stay consistent even when progress isn’t immediate.

That’s exactly what Tegan does.

He’s continued to invest in himself, embracing every challenge and understanding that growth happens outside of his comfort zone. Every rep, every sprint, and every session is another step toward becoming the athlete he wants to be.

The work you’re putting in today is creating opportunities tomorrow. Stay hungry, keep trusting the process, and never lose sight of the goals you’re chasing.

Keep up the GREAT work, Tegan‼️🔥🚀📈

Why is competition important in training?

Competition raises the standard.

The more we expose athletes to competitive environments in training, the more comfortable they become performing under pressure when it matters most. Whether it’s on the field, court, track, or in the pool, they’ve already learned how to compete with confidence.

Competition also brings out greater intent. Athletes push harder, focus more, and discover they’re capable of more than they thought. That’s where real growth happens.

Train with purpose.
Compete with intent.
Perform with confidence.
