Being outside is my favorite, especially Spring! I think part of the reason why is that it’s such an amazing nervous system regulator. Between the sun, the flowers, and birds, it makes me feel so calm and helps put life in perspective. 🌺🐦‍⬛🌿🌻🪻

I’m out here hours a day, I even work out here when I can. I’m inspired by the cycle of nature, including observing 5 types of birds breeding in our yard this year: hummingbirds, sparrows, cardinals, wrens and robins. 🏠🪺🐦‍⬛

Birdsong, running water and wind chimes soothe me even on the most stressful days. ✨🐦‍⬛🥣✨

I love these little trouble makers! That hedgehog stuffy was destroyed by our Husky / Heeler (Ausky) in literally 3 minutes! 🦔🐶🐶🌳

I’m so excited to announce I’ll be guiding a 5-day retreat at the Omega Institute June 6-11, 2027! It’s the perfect time of year to visit upstate NY! It feels just like summer camp for grown-ups! 🌳🪵🌊🛶🌷

There’s a gorgeous lake, hammocks, tent camping or cabins, fantastic food, Yoga, massages, classes, glorious grounds and more! It’s simply dreamy! 💭🏡🏕️🥗☕️📖🖊️

The working title for my retreat is “The Art of Deep Rest: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Nervous System Renewal” 😴🧘🏽‍♀️🌿✨
