🔥 Quarterfinal Bound! 🔥

Huge shoutout to our CrossFit Omaha athletes who punched their ticket to the 2026 CrossFit Games Quarterfinals!

Finishing in the top 25% worldwide during the Open is no joke — it takes consistency, grit, and year‑round effort. These legends, from Individuals to Age Group, will be tackling four tough workouts between now and Monday as they chase the next stage of competition.

We couldn’t be more proud to have them repping CrossFit Omaha, Big Omaha Fitness & Wellness, and Go Far Nutrition. Talk about unreal dedication!

If you see them grinding between classes, give them a high‑five, a shout, or some extra love — they’re putting in work and inspiring all of us.

💥 Way to go, CFO crew! 💥 Congrats to all 25 athletes moving on!

Let’s cheer them on as they take on Quarterfinals! 👏👏👏

We can hardly believe it ourselves, Omaha! Spring has sprung, and that means we’ll be back out on the Papio Trail soon! Whether you are running, jogging, or walking, there is no right or wrong way to get moving. We are just glad to see you hitting your goals and getting your steps in at your own pace. Remember, wellness is a journey, not a race. Walking 🚶‍♀️ 🚶 🚶‍♂️

The fresh air and exercise are just the beginning. We invite you to hit the trail with us soon at Big Omaha Fitness. We promise to meet you right where you are and provide the coaching you need to succeed.

Here are a few fun facts about the Papio Trail:

The Big Papio Trail is a ~10-mile paved, multi-use path in Omaha running from Hefflinger Park (N. Maple Rd) to Seymour Smith Park (Harrison St), connecting with the Keystone Trail. It offers a scenic, mostly flat route for walking, running, and biking, passing through residential areas, parks, and along the Big Papillion Creek.

United by one goal: long‑term health and becoming the best version of who we can be. It’s not about perfection— it’s about showing up, supporting each other, and choosing progress every day. Proud of this community and the work we put in. 🤝👊

When we say our programming meets you where you are, it’s not just a tagline — it’s how we coach. Every movement in every workout has a purpose and a progression.

Take strict pull ups, for example. Have them? Awesome. Not there yet? We build toward them with jumping, banded, kipping, and other controlled variations that develop real strength over time.

You’re never thrown into something you’re not ready for. You’re coached through the right version for you so you can move well, get stronger, and keep progressing.

That’s how results happen. Let us help you at Big O! 💪

We wanted to shine a spotlight on one of our Swole Mate duos, Paula and Frank 🤍

After 13 years in our CrossFit Omaha program, they transitioned into our Fit program last year and they continue to lead by example with their consistency, positivity, work ethic, and grit.

They remind us that fitness isn’t about a season… it’s about a lifetime. And doing it side by side makes it even more special.

We’re so grateful to have this Swole Mate duo as part of the Big O family! 💪

Do you treat your fitness like the most valuable investment you’ll ever make? You should, because your body is your greatest asset and the vehicle that carries you through life.

With 74% of Americans currently obese, following the crowd isn’t doing us any favors. Choosing your health makes everything else easier. More energy. More confidence. More freedom to truly enjoy your life.

Stand out. Take ownership. Choose differently, and let us help you build a body that supports your life instead of holding you back.
