Grab a friend and join us May 25th as we do our best to honor the men and women who have fallen defending our country this Memorial Day 🇺🇸
Murph - named for Navy Seal Lt. Michael P Murphy who died heroically in the line of duty in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.
Murph was introduced as a CrossFit Hero workout on Aug. 18, 2005, and has become a long-standing tradition observed by CrossFit and a broader global community of athletes.
Thousands of CrossFit gyms program Murph each year on Memorial Day as a way to honor Lt. Murphy and all others who have served.
1 mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run
Partition pull-ups, push-ups and air squats as needed.
Wear a weight vest if you have it (20/14).
As always, there will be appropriate scaling options for ALL levels of fitness.
This is more than just a workout!

Starting May 18th, we are officially launching the “Legends” CrossFit class, tailored specifically for the 55+ community!
Class is 100% coach led, prioritizing quality movement to make sure you perform your best both inside and outside of the gym!
Classes will be held every Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10:15-11:00 AM.
Growing old is inevitable. Being LEGENDary is earned. Come join our class that proves strength, grit, and greatness don’t retire!

Congratulations to these members on qualifying for quarterfinals!
Workouts have been released, and starting this Thursday the next stage begins. A lot of hard work has been put in to get this far, and we are excited to see these members take on the quarterfinals workouts!

‼️A special shoutout to all of these members for registering and accepting the challenge of completing the 2026 Open‼️
We are blessed to have such a strong community full of everyday humans willing to compete against the rest of the world.
We saw plenty of firsts for people - first pull ups were had, first CrossFit Open workouts completed, dropping in when out of town to complete workouts. It was a special 3 weeks.
Thank you MP Fit members for participating and judging each other - holding each other to the standards of the Open.
This group led us to the 4th most participants in the city of Omaha in just our 2nd year of the Open! Looking forward to more fitness with more people in the next year 🙏
If anyone is feeling the competitive fever - our competition is on June 6th and registration is open!
