WOD 2: 8:00 AMRAP 10 KB Swings, 10 Push-ups, 10 Burpees, 10 Ring Rows. One person per skill and switch once all 10 reps are complete by both members.

My wife Monica and I go on run's in the summer time. The kids usually ride bikes but today they said they wanted to run with us. So we tried it out. We took the bike stroller just in case they got tired and needed a break. We ran a 5K and Maddie ran about 2 miles and Sophia about a mile and a half. Try it out you might be surprised what your kids can do :)
