Big Jumps, Fast Sprints and Change of Direction workout! Cover as much distance as you can with each burpees broad jump and then after 8 jumps sprint down and back from start of your jumps to finish 3 times. Rest 1 minute and repeat 5 times.
See how many feet you cover and how fast it takes you with your shuttle runs.

Because our gym is closed, Red Cross has asked us to allow our space to be used as a donation site. We're happy to have the opportunity to do so, and we encourage anyone who can give blood to drop by on May 9th. They are in desperate need right now and many people's lives depend upon those of us that are healthy and able to donate. One donation can save up to three lives. A single car accident victim can require as many as 100 units of blood. Please help.
Strict guidelines will be in place to ensure your safety and the safety of workers from the Red Cross.
Focus on putting max effort into every movement in this workout. Do 5 sets! Speed, power, and quickness. Work max effort and your body will improve. Work half effort and your body will only work at half effort.
