We have a BIG announcement...
Align Mental Health will be transitioning to a new office location!
We look forward to serving you in a new space conveniently located off 158th and West Dodge Road. You can find us on the second floor of the Tagge Rutherford building beginning April 1st.
We are excited to share this beautiful new space and new beginning with you.
Along with our new space, clients can expect a new health record system that includes an all encompassing patient portal. You can message your provider, sign forms, schedule appointments, or even message billing all in one place.
