Ironhawk Wrestling Academy is saddened to hear of the passing of Dave Walton.

Dave’s impact on wrestling reached far beyond the matches he officiated. His dedication to the sport, the athletes, coaches, and wrestling community was evident throughout the many years he spent on the mat. He was a familiar face to so many in Nebraska wrestling and someone who truly cared about the sport.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Walton family, his friends, and everyone in the wrestling community who had the privilege of knowing him.

Thank you, Dave, for everything you gave to the sport of wrestling. You will be greatly missed. ❤️

🚨 ATTENTION WRESTLING PARENTS 🚨

Is your kid constantly wrestling their sibling?
Turning your couch into a wrestling mat?
Eating everything in your refrigerator?
Practicing takedowns when NO ONE asked them to? 😂

Perfect. We know a place.

👉 IRONHAWK REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Send them to us. We have mats. We have coaches. We have other kids who also think wrestling someone to the ground is a perfectly normal way to spend an evening. 🤣

No experience? Come on in.
Already a wrestler? Let’s get better.
Way too much energy? DEFINITELY come on in. 😂

🔥 2026–2027 REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW!

👇 Sign them up before they try another takedown in your living room: https://ironhawkwrestlingacademy.sportngin.com

Now tag that parent whose kid NEEDS to be on a wrestling mat. 👇😂
