The takeaways from the FEI Trainers’ Conference were not surprising: Get the horse through in the warmup and maintain that thoroughness in the work. Use transitions to improve balance and connection. Make corrections quickly so that the horse understands the right way to do it. A big thank you to Anne Gribbons, Ashley Holzer, Lars Petersen and Gary Rockwell for sharing their expertise and depth of experience.
