CrossFit Hydro Kids
Over 15 years combined education and teaching experience at multiple age levels and Omaha's FIRST EVER CrossFit Kids affiliated program...
The goal of Hydro Kids is to provide a fun fitness program that is just as much about getting fit as it is about having fun. Kids will also start to learn key points for proper movement mechanics. Currently we are working as one class with 3 coaches to accommodate different age groups. Ages 5-18 at all levels of ability are welcome.

Elementary- 11:30-12pm
Teens - 12-1pm
Warm-up
E: Mat Attack
T: Hot Potato (squat hold, lunge hold, plank hold, etc.)
Skill
T: Overhead carry – shoulder position back and up, squeeze
Farmer’s carry – back and down, squeeze
Torso/midline – cue belly button to chest
*Practice roll to standing position in between sets (no hands)
Workout
E: 6:00-8:00 AMRAP
5 Knees to Elbow
5 Ball Slams
5 Plank Shoulder Taps
T: 2 Alternating DB Snatches
10 Unbroken Wall Ball Shots
* 10 total rounds for time *
