Athletic foundational training for kids 10-14y o!! Olympian and coach at IThinkFit, Hans Uldal, will host three sessions during the month of december for kids in the Omaha area looking to build foundational base in general athletic ability (running,jumping, strength, agility ++) sessions will run from 9-10AM on the 7th, 14th and the 21st at IThinkFit gym. 8 spots available for each session with the sign ups already coming in for the 7th.
