We had a fun "Beat the Clock" Challenge at the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge. Runners started with 20 minutes to run their first mile. Then, they had 19 minutes for their second mile, and 18 for their third. Thirteen miles later, we had a winner - Bob Ensrud! Although he could have given that 14th mile a "run" for the money.

Who is ready for Ironhawk Endurance annual 4th of July Ride!?! Starting at TaHaZouka in Elkhorn
Wheels down at 6:00 AM for a 25 mile loop, at 7:30 AM for a 56 mile out and back, then if you want to get to 100, that will be game day decision!
Join us for as little or as much as you want!
Ironhawk will have water, gatorade and snacks at TaHaZouka.
