American Thunder Softball Team

You will be glad to know that Henry is a big supporter of American Thunder and he really likes when they bring home the hardware

Bitter sweet day today we did win the championship today and we will continue to win more overtime with this talented group of girls
But this was the last tournament for Nicole Harris.
I have been fortunate to have Nicole with American Thunder softball since she was about 11 years old.

She did it all today
Last home run, great bunt, defense and even pitched a couple batters.

It has been an honor to be part of your softball journey Nicole.

Very proud of the 18u girls bringing home some more hardware today. Champions of the tournament is always great but it is even better when you face some adversity and still find ways to win.

Big things in the future for this young lady and our new 16u team

Congratulations to the 18u on winning the KCU tournament last weekend
Weather has been a challenge the last couple weeks and honestly all summer with pop up storms. So we only got a few of the girls with coach but it was a team effort to stay undefeated in the tournament. Only allowed 1 run so great defense as well.

I will not forget that tournament not because of the rings but because we also got the newest member of the family just after the tournament
Henry joined the family .

Reminder we are helping host a college exposure camp Saturday at Cabell midland high school

7am registration starts for pitchers abd catchers
8-9 pitchers and catchers on the field

8-9 position players register
9am we will have everyone on the field together and split up by grades

Drills until around 1pm

Then a couple games in the afternoon

Possibly a couple more schools coming trying to get confirmation

Your 18u American Thunder has decided to sell a little straggle pop. They know I like to eat and they figured everyone else might like to eat as well.

Time to announce another addition to the organization. Our most important addition so far for the future.

Henry will be the first addition to the class of 2045 program

We will start practicing the 1u baseball team very soon
Watch for tryout information

We may even expand into football with Henry as a solid middle linebacker prospect. Waiting on the NIL MONEY OFFERS before we decide on the football side.
