The first two pictures: I was training and eating healthy based on the 80/20 rule. I got the results that matched that. Just like if you want A’s in school, you can’t do half the work and think you’re getting that A. I finally figured out I need to train and eat the way that matches the results I want. Stop listening to other people telling you certain things and match what you want with what your actions are.
