No Tournament/Open Mat ( 6/6 )

🤍💛🧡💚 White-Green Belts in the Beginner Program will test at 12:15pm. As discussed in classes, please be at the studio by 12 pm.

Remember that there is never any pressure to test. If you received a notice, then you are eligible to test. You are able to test in-person or via Zoom (normal class code). You can also invite friends and family to watch via Zoom as well.

If you plan to test, make sure you have turned in your testing notice with payment by June 5 to avoid a late fee. Anything paid on or after the 6th will result in a $10 late fee.

We ask that you are caught up on tuition payments, that you know the material, and that you feel ready!
🥋 Make sure you have your full uniform and belt and arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled testing time (or be in the Zoom waiting room). We know you all can do it! Let's earn those new belts!

🖤 Black Belts- You are welcome to help with the testing. We would greatly appreciate it! Come ready to motivate and cheer them on!

💜💙❤️🤎🖤 Advanced/Black Belts- You are more than welcome to demonstrate a form for the Beginner Testing to earn a class credit. Be sure to pull your card.

The women who nurture, support, encourage, and love so deeply every single day, you are true heroes and the definition of strength.

You are welcome to bring outdoor games, chairs, snacks or anything you would like for an afternoon in the park!
