Home of Stomp & Shine Line Dancing 💃 Certified instructor for SHINE Dance Fitness & Country Fusion Line Dancing (since 2021). My name is Dorothy, and I would like to share a little bit about myself. I am a Wife and Mother of 2 beautiful daughters and a Grandmother to 5 energetic little boys! I first developed a passion for Yoga and other fitness programs at the age of 22. Before becoming a PiYo instructor at the age of 33, I found out that I had juvenile diabetes. This changed my whole perspective on health and fitness, and that’s when I started getting serious about diet and exercise. I began to work out 3-4 times a week and found that this change improved my life greatly. That is when I decided to become an instructor; to encourage and help people make positive changes in their lives as well. PiYo is described as Yoga and Pilates mixed. I have been a PiYo instructor since 2014 and I started teaching at the Southside Health and Wellness Fitness Center. I continue to have a great passion for helping others take care of their minds and bodies. I love to see young and old come together, work hard in class, and leave with a smile on their faces and feeling better about themselves. Outside of PiYo, I also fell in love with Country Fusion! I was 23 when I was introduced to Line Dancing, and have been hooked on it ever since! I was introduced to Country Fusion in 2021 and learned that you can turn Country Line Dancing into a workout that not only makes you sweat and build muscle, but also allows you to have fun while doing it! This full-body workout makes you feel better about yourself, and it is also good for the mind and possibly even helps with Alzheimer’s Disease! My Dad had Alzheimer’s and as I watched him change, it gave me the desire to help others with it as well. That experience was a big part of my decision to become a country fusion instructor, to help those like my Dad have an active mind. I also give God all the thanks and Glory for putting this on my heart so I can live my passion and help others by being an instructor! I look forward to working with you and joining you on this journey! ♥️

GOOD MORNING, EVERYONE!

It’s WEDNESDAY, and you know what that means… we have a whole day filled with LINE DANCING! 👢🎶💃🕺

🌟 TIMeless STEPS — 9:30 AM 🌟
Come at 9:15 AM if you’re new or would like to go over the steps before class.
9:30 AM — Class starts!

Here are a couple of line dances, we are going to do this morning!

🌟 WEDNESDAY EVENING — 6:00 PM
Come at 5:30 PM if you’re new or want a little extra time to go over the steps and learn the dance.
6:00 PM — Class starts!

Whether you’ve been dancing with us for a while or you’ve NEVER line danced before, YOU ARE WELCOME! ❤️

Don’t be afraid to try something new! You’ll get some great exercise, work your body AND your brain, learn new dances, laugh, have fun, and maybe even make some wonderful new friendships along the way!

🌟 Morning Class – 9:30 AM 🌟
New people are always welcome! Don’t be afraid to try something new! 😊 You don’t have to know how to dance to come out and have fun. We will learn together, laugh together, stomp together, and before you know it, you’ll be learning new steps and dances! 👢💃

🌟 Evening Class – Wednesday, September 9th 🌟
🕠 5:30 PM – New people and anyone wanting to go over steps and learn a dance
🕕 6:00 PM – Class officially starts!

Come join us for so much fun, great exercise, lots of laughter, and wonderful friendships! ❤️ Line dancing is a great way to get moving, challenge your brain, learn something new, and enjoy yourself with an amazing group of people.

Good morning, family and friends! I put two post just now one says August schedule, but we are making plans for September and October to be at the barn. I just wanted to show a little video how beautiful it is at Shannon‘s place with all of us dancing together at night, enjoying each other‘s company. Also don’t forget later today after church all who can come on out she has a band there good food, good fellowship, kids are invited. Come on out for a good time.
