Another new brand at the shop. Excited to welcome X-LAB Worldwide! Perhaps the best value in cycling at the moment, this entry level RS5 model comes with 12 speed Shimano 105, a carbon seatpost, power meter, and integrated bar and stem for $1,399! I now have a couple in stock if you want to take one for a spin!

Been keeping busy these last few weeks! This lovely Trek Bicycle Company Fuel EX left the store with a local NICA racer. I have a busy end of this month personally, I will be closed this Friday and Saturday for a family wedding and be back next week for regular hours. Got an old Shimano shifter that isn’t engaging? It most likely isn’t broken! Over time, the old grease will dry up leaving the pawls sticky and slow to return. A simple fix is flushing the shifter with a penetrating oil (I use T-9) and relubricating. Good as new!

Few shop updates! Been busy plugging away on repairs and have been getting the new spoke cutting tool figured out. If you’re looking to have a custom wheelset built, let me know! I’ll also be doing a group mountain bike ride tomorrow 7/24 leaving from the shop at 5:40 and heading up to Job Corps trails! Finally, I will be closed this Saturday and be back next week Tuesday-Saturday for regular hours!
