POV: The Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) is widely considered the most dangerous motorcycle race in the world. Watching a Point-of-View (POV) video of a rider on this course highlights the mind-bending reality of navigating a 37.73-mile public road circuit at speeds averaging over 135 mph and hitting top speeds exceeding 200 mph (320 km/h).

Unlike modern, purpose-built MotoGP tracks with wide gravel traps, the TT takes place on standard, narrow public streets. From a rider’s perspective, stone walls, curbs, residential houses, and thick hedges fly past just inches from their shoulders.

Riders must completely memorize more than 219 corners, adjusting for changing shadows, tree lines, and shifting weather conditions as they climb the mountain section.
