Huge shoutout to SCPGA Jr. Tour Alum Megan Gormley and recent Georgetown graduate for qualifying for this week’s ShopRite LPGA event!

With this achievement, Megan and her dad, SCPGA Member Jim Gormley (who qualified for the LA Open in 2006 & 2009), become the first-ever SCPGA father/daughter duo to qualify for both a PGA Tour and LPGA Tour event.

History = made. Let’s go, Megan! 🔥🙌

We had an amazing time kicking off our Teacher of the Year Series down in the desert 🏜️ with our 2025 SCPGA Teacher & Coach of the Year, Roger Gunn, PGA, and 2025 Desert Chapter Teacher & Coach of the Year, Geoff Dean, PGA. Always learning. Always getting better!
