Hello friends, just wanted to let everyone know that I will be taking the rest of the year off. I’ll be back in January!

Today I made a very special 3 layer made from scratch Carrot Cake with homemade Cream Cheese Icing & toasted pecans in between each layer & around the bottom of the cake for Randy Wilson & Pat for their 51st Wedding Anniversary & Miss Pat’s bday! I made this for them last year for their 50th & they wanted it again this year!
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY PAT & RANDY and HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MS PAT! I hope y’all enjoy the cake & celebration & pray you share many more Anniversaries together! Love you both! 🥰🥰

Today I made this cute 3 layer cake for a sweet sweet boy! This is 2 layers of Almond Cake & 1 layer of Ghirardelli Chocolate Cake with Almond Buttercream Icing!

Today is the girls 1st day of school!!! I made cookies for Abbies teachers & Fresh Strawberry Cupcakes with Fresh Strawberry Buttercream Icing… this is the teacher’s favorite!
Cookies are school mascot, school colors & team name… Mustangs

Today I made a delicious 2 layer made from scratch Lemon Blueberry Cake for my niece, Lillian McCary! She’s 17 now!!! I can’t believe it! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LILLIAN!
Cake is lemon blueberry with lemon buttercream icing & fresh blueberries on top for decoration. This is my favorite summer time cake. It’s lite, bright & pretty!

Today I made some delicious cupcakes for some SUPER CUTE brother sister duo! I made some Funfetti Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream Icing for Princess Millie. I made 9 colors to color coordinate with each Disney Princess Cupcake Topper.
I made Ghirardelli Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream Icing in Orange & Blue for a Blippi Theme for Mr Silas!!!

Yesterday morning I made a 3 layer made from scratch Strawberry Cake with Fresh Strawberry Buttercream Icing & 3 chocolate covered strawberries on top!

This morning I made 2 dozen Ghirardelli Chocolate Cupcakes with Ghirardelli Chocolate Buttercream Icing & pink sprinkles for one of my daughters BFF’s birthday. I even surprised her mom with some Ghirardelli Chocolate Reese Cup Cupcakes! Reese Cups are her moms fav!

This morning I made a 3 layer made from scratch Vanilla Cake with homemade Vanilla Buttercream Icing topped with edible sand! (Crushed graham crackers & brown sugar)
I also made a dozen Vanilla Cupcakes & a dozen Ghirardelli Chocolate Cupcakes with the same Blue Vanilla Buttercream Icing & sand with cute beach toppers!

I did a first this morning! I made a Side By Side Cake! One side is a 3 layer made from scratch Strawberry Cake with Strawberry Buttercream. I used fresh strawberries in the cake batter & icing & topped the cake with 3 Ghirardelli Chocolate Covered Strawberries!!!
The other side is a 3 layer made from scratch Ghirardelli Chocolate Cake with Ghirardelli Chocolate Buttercream, Caramel sauce & toasted chopped pecans in between each layer & on top!!
