Everyone who completed their assessment received their Fortify Athlete Assessment Report today. These numbers give us a great baseline for each athlete’s speed, power and explosiveness—and now we have something measurable to build from.

The goal isn’t to compare athletes to each other. It’s to measure progress, train with purpose, and see the work pay off.

Proud of this dude. After many season struggles, this guy continued to work hard on the field with the awesome Yellowhammer coaches, in the cage with Dan Gamache at Outside the Lines and in the gym with Chasen Earnhart Riley Austin SaJason Finley and had the week of his life! He will never forget it. This picture was taken a few seconds after he hit his first (of 4) homerun of his life! Fun to see the hard work payoff!
