FREE OUTDOOR COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS TOMORROW (Saturday) ! We’re meeting at Bear Point Community Park at 9am to take advantage of the 65 degree sunny weather. Let’s start the gorgeous day with Saturday Morning Yoga!!!! I miss it, I miss y’all, let’s do this! -Jamie

Because of the July-August heat (and also my day job being so demanding this summer), we will not have any outdoor yoga classes until it cools off. I will be teaching one weekly indoor class for MOXIE though! It’s a great community, so be sure to come find us there (at the Wharf). They are even honoring the same $10 drop-in option (just for yoga).

I also want to share an awesome home yoga practice resource (thank you Amy Osborn, who is also helping with the Moxie Yoga class this summer too).

Highly recommending these Boho Beautiful online yoga classes. They are so creative and seriously BEAUTIFUL … and have really hooked me back in to my personal practice. I am so GRATEFUL!!

Here is the link to a free 25 min Total Body practice recorded in gorgeous Costa Rica. It is an intermediate practice so you may need to modify (Some of you will see what I mean at tree pose🌳🙃). Or at least I did! Getting back on my mat has really humbled me- seeing just how much I have let my personal yoga asana practice/ skills slip. Be gentle on yourself, yoga can be an intense practice but remember to keep it light & fun too!!!

No sweet Juliette music today ☹️ but we do have Saturday morning yoga at 8:30- a stretchy groovy flow to wake up and prepare your body & mind for this glorious weekend!! Park in guest parking or free valet parking worked great last weekend too.

Only a few more weeks of this class before we break until cooler weather. The cold savasana towels ready too!

Enter through the ground level lobby or walk through the side gate. Class is overlooking the beach on the giant Pelican Pointe patio. )

🎶 🧘‍♀️ Don’t miss LIVE MUSIC YOGA this weekend!! My very favorite musician is in town (my niece, Zuzu) and she is going to sing and play for us again! This Saturday at Perdido Beach Resort.

We 🧡 SATURDAYS! It’s a beautiful one for yoga!! Park in visitor parking and walk through the side gate on the east side of the resort for direct entry OR walk through the ground level lobby where the pools are located. YOGA where the music meets the water! Class starts at 8:30am Perdido Beach Resort.

*Free valet parking is an option too
*$10 drop-in (online registration or cash/Venmo in person)

Saturday Morning Yoga @ Perdido Beach Resort just got more convenient for locals. When you park in the PBR guest parking lot you can now walk right up to class through the side gate (without the need to walk through the ground level lobby/pool area). It’s a beautiful walk through the resort though, so it’s up to you! Save time by walking directly from the parking lot to Pelican Point Patio or meander through ground level lobby and pool area to class. Free Valet is always an option too. Meet me where the music meets the water! 8:30am Saturdays.
