It’s one of the craziest changes in our USA coastal waters and Caribbean in the past twenty years. knows there’s a major problem. Around 10% of the quota they want recreational and commercial to take is being met. Largely due to harassment from the shark people who antagonize any restaurant, fish house, commercial or recreational fisherman. It is completely upside down and the end of fishing as we know it is nearing if there isn’t an awakening of reason.
