A little bittersweet, a lot exciting. 🫶🏼

We’re so excited to welcome CF-L1 Trainer Brent Vinson to the CFAD coaching crew! Brent Viinson is a Baldwin county native, Foley police officer and a father of two! Come support Brent at either 5 or 6 AM classes!

At the same time, we’re sending one of our own into an exciting new chapter. 🤍 Sara Waters is stepping away from coaching as she gets ready to welcome her sweet baby!

We’re going to miss having her on the floor, but we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. She’ll always be part of the CFAD family, and we’ll be cheering her on every step of the way. 🍼💕

So here’s to new coaches, new babies, new chapters, and the community that makes CFAD so special. ⚓️

Help us welcome Brent and send all the love to Sara as she gets ready for the biggest workout of her life. 😂❤️
