⚓️ What I love most about CFAD is the chance to workout and compete with my friends, and getting a workout in before my day starts.

⚓️ My favorite moment is clean jerk.

⚓️ The advice I would give to someone just starting CrossFit is put your pride aside and be open minded when it comes to learning and taking advice from others.

Our first couple weeks of Kids CrossFit is in the books, and we couldn’t be more excited! 💪🎉

Here’s our 10+ group!

The energy, effort, and enthusiasm these kids have brought to every class has been incredible to watch. From learning new movements to building confidence and having fun with friends, they are already making great progress.

We’re so proud of each athlete for showing up ready to work, learn, and challenge themselves. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the season brings!
