Always fascinated by the African pompano. So I painted some. Watercolor on arches 300lb. Paper.

Sometimes color comes from places you didn’t expect. Even if it’s small. A very cool thing about painting and photography is it helps me look at light and color so much more when in the past I would not realize the amount of color in the average subject.
