We love having you around and are so thankful for everything you do for MBGFC! From hanging out with us at the dock to checking boats in and everything in between, you’re always such a joy to be around and make tournament weekends that much more fun.

Saturday & Sunday at the weigh dock — where it all comes together! 🎣🏆

From the boats coming down the ditch to the fish hitting the scales and everyone gathered around the dock, there’s nothing quite like weigh-in at MBGFC!

A huge THANK YOU to our crew and board members who work behind the scenes to make it all happen. These weekends take long hours, a lot of moving parts, and an incredible amount of teamwork, and we’re so thankful for the people who continue to make it happen tournament after tournament. 💙

To our members, supporters, anglers, families, and friends — thank you for always showing up for this club. And to our sponsors, thank you for your continued support and for helping us make weekends like this possible year after year.

The best way to end Labor Day weekend — all together! 💙🎣

Sunday night was all about celebrating an incredible weekend with the people who make MBGFC so special. Good food, live music, plenty of laughs, and a room full of members, families, friends, and guests celebrating another Labor Day Invitational in the books! 🏆

There’s nothing better than seeing everyone come together after a long weekend on the water. To our members and every guest who joined us, we love having you and are so thankful you choose to celebrate with us year after year. These are the nights that remind us what our club is all about. 💙

Congratulations again to all of our anglers, crews, and winners — and thank you to everyone who made the weekend one to remember!

FATSSSSSOOO!!! 🏆🎣💙

There are some wins that just mean a little more, and this is definitely one of them! Billy Pardue and the FATSO crew brought their 119-inch Blue Marlin to the scales Saturday, claimed the top spot in the Blue Marlin division, and took home an incredible $84,415.32! 💰🏆

And they weren’t finished after Saturday — FATSO turned around and went right back offshore to fish again on Sunday! That’s what we love to see.

This crew was especially close to home for MBGFC, with Past President Chris Park, current President Matthew Sayers, and future President Billy Pardue all aboard together. Three generations of club leadership, one boat, and one pretty special Labor Day weekend! 💙

And we can’t leave out Joree Hubbell, who celebrated his FIRST billfish release! Congratulations, Joree — we hope it’s the first of many! 🎣

We are SO proud of this entire group and couldn’t have been more excited to see FATSSSSSOOO coming down the ditch. A well-deserved win, a special first, and one heck of a weekend for some of our very own. Congratulations, FATSO! 👏🏼🔥

A well-deserved 2nd Place Blue Marlin for C’MON MAN! 🎣🏆

Jeff Massey and the C’Mon Man crew brought a beautiful 497.4 lb., 112-inch Blue Marlin to the scales on Saturday — and instead of calling it a weekend, they turned around and went right back out to fish again on Sunday!

Their hard work paid off with 2nd Place Blue Marlin and an incredible $213,776.88 payday! 💰

We couldn’t be happier for this crew. They fished hard until the very end, and this finish was so well deserved. Congratulations to Jeff and the entire C’Mon Man team on one heck of a Labor Day weekend! 💙👏🏼
