This is the class we're all talking about!

Ballet/Tap 2 is where the dancing fun begins for our preschoolers.

This class is high-energy, creative, and fun! Students learn the fundamentals of ballet and tap while growing in coordination, confidence, and a love for dance. They're also building a strong foundation that will help them as they grow and explore other styles of dance in the future.

Students are reminded that they are precious to God, that He has good plans for their lives, and that their gifts can be used to honor Him and bless others. With joyful music, beautiful choreography, and teachers who care, Ballet/Tap 2 is a place where children can grow in skill while discovering the joy of using their gifts for God.

It’s a class filled with dancing, learning, laughter, and lots of fun—and your ballerina is invited to join us!

Does your child love to dance, but busy weekdays make it hard to fit in a class?

We have good news—Saturday classes are underway at Destiny Dance Center, and there’s a spot waiting for them!

Our weekday classes are filling up quickly, and some have already closed enrollment after reaching capacity. But all of our Saturday classes are currently open for enrollment.

Saturday Dance Schedule:

Ballet/Tap Level 2 — 9:30am
Ballet/Tap Level 3 — 10:15am
Ballet/Tap Level 4 — 11:00am
Ballet/Tap Level 2 — 11:45am

It's about more than learning how to dance. From their very first class, children are building skills that can benefit them both in and out of the studio.

Many of you know Grace Usher as your child's dance teacher. She's an incredible dancer, a wonderful person, and we're so thankful to have her as part of the Destiny Dance Center family!

Grace has dedicated her life to sharing the love of Jesus with people here at home and around the world. Now, she is stepping into a new season of ministry (don't panic - she is still teaching at the studio too)

We'd love to invite you to partner with Grace through prayer and, if you're able, financial support. Every gift will help equip her and support the work of sending others around the world to share the Gospel.

Over the past several years, God has grown my heart for ministry through short-term mission trips, serving in children's ministry, dance ministry, mentoring young girls, and discipleship. Through these experiences, I have become increasingly burdened for people to truly know the love of Jesus and to be discipled in the truth of God's Word.

I have had the privilege of experiencing the transforming love of God in my own life and witnessing Him do the same in the lives of others. There is nothing I want to give my life to more than serving the Kingdom of God.

After much prayer and confirmation, I have accepted a full-time ministry residency with the Church of Eleven22 beginning in August. This residency will allow me to grow in leadership, discipleship, and hands-on ministry as I continue to pursue the calling God has placed on my life.

I will have the opportunity to walk alongside trained mentors on our church's missions team and put what I learn into practice. Along with being sent to the nations, I'll also learn what it looks like to equip and send mission teams around the world with the hope of the Gospel. Each week, I'll continue studying hermeneutics and theology while engaging in meaningful discussions and applying biblical truth to real-life ministry.

As I prepare to step into this next season, I am building a team of prayer and financial partners who feel led to invest in what God is doing through this residency. Whether through a one-time gift or ongoing monthly support, your partnership would mean so much. More than anything, I would love your prayers as I take this next step of faith.

If your child loves theater, you know how hard it can be to find a place where they can develop their gifts in a positive environment that honors Christ.

That's why we launched our Theater Program last year—to give young performers a place to learn, grow, and use their talents to honor God.

Last month, our students performed their very first musical, Presentation Day, at The Church of Eleven22. It was such a special performance, sharing an encouraging message about the power our words have to build others up.

We're so proud of each of these students and all the hard work they put into this performance. We're also grateful for Rebekah Wood, whose patient leadership and dedication helped these young performers grow last season.

If your child loves to sing, dance, or act, we'd like to invite them to join us for Theater Camp next week!

During this 3-day camp, students will learn to use their voices with confidence, express emotion on stage, think creatively through improv, step into different characters, and bring stories to life.

Theater Camp will be July 20th - 22nd, 9:30am - 12:00pm daily and is for students ages 8 - 14 years.
