Starting March 11th, we're updating our booking policy to ensure fairness and equal opportunities for all members. π
π Key Change: A $5.00 non-show/late cancellation fee will be enforced for all classes.
π Reason: With classes consistently fully booked, every absence means someone else misses out. This fee aims to encourage responsible booking habits and fair participation for everyone.
π Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions will be made, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in canceling well in advance when necessary.

Existing Policy: The 4-hour cancellation window remains unchanged.
