What is Barre?-
Barre is a mixture of movements derived from ballet focusing on small, isometric exercises. By targeting and contracting individual muscle groups for extended periods of time, we fatigue the body and get those muscles shaking🤩
Benefits of Barre-
Barre mainly focuses on the lower body and core. We typically add weights and integrate props for resistance work which is great for gaining muscle control and toning the bod!💪

What is Cool Down?—
A calm moment for you to breathe and let your muscles relax. These preventative, static stretches help lessen muscle soreness, increase flexibility & mobility, and ultimately act as a reward for all of your hard work.
Benefits of Cool Down—
Respective time to listen to your body and allow the stretches to help you, rather than hurt you. Take it at your own pace and modify positions as needed. 🧘♀️
