ursued sport as a professional career and was blessed to train and work with elite athletes and teams. I am very familiar with the mental and physical challenges of being at your ideal weight. My entire life I have been a larger/husky individual, at the age of 20 years, I was 265 pounds and realized if I wanted to compete at these higher levels I would have to take a stand on my training and meal plans. Through these superior fitness programs and small changes in my diet, I lost over 40 pounds and was competing at top levels of my game. I now would like to share these same exercise programs with you! BCS runs for approximately 60 to 90 minutes every Sunday morning at 9am and is suitable for all levels of fitness, conveniently located at Harvard Park in Irvine (Harvard St. Drop In rates for the program are $15 and $10 for an advance payment of 3 months. Payments will be taken prior to the start of the program.
