@eltacodojo 🌮🌮🤤 El Taco Dojo is serving up traditional Mexican food along with some creative options! 🌮 I had to try the Dojo Wrap, which is a play on the Crunchwrap, and let me tell you, it’s a heck of a lot better than what you’re going to get at that fast food Mexican place. The eggrolls were crisp and delicious. You can get these with a variety of different meats. I chose the barbacoa, and it was awesome dipped in their hot salsa! 🔥 The torta is served on a homemade torta bun that they get straight from someone’s Mexican grandmother! Talk about TLC! My favorite thing about this place has to be the variety of salsas. They had five to choose from, and of course, I had to try them all. The best part is the different salsas pair well with different items, or you can be like me and mix a bunch of them! There’s a salsa for everyone, ranging from mild to extra hot!🔥🔥 Their chips are homemade and fried in-house, and they were the perfect match for their homemade guac! They are crispy and salty, just how I like them! They offer a variety of authentic Mexican beverages, like a bunch of different Jarritos to choose from, along with that delicious Coke in the glass bottle! I tried the homemade horchata, which was amazing.
