Mental fortitude over talent!


Something I tell every athlete before they walk on the platform and my epic back slaps is “Show them who the f**k you are!”


When you’re on that platform it’s just you vs you fighting to break past mental and physical barriers.



I can teach you technique all day but what I can’t teach you is heart & the will to fight through every battle you face in this sport.


So remember you never have to be the most talented you just have to be willing to out work and out fight the most talented.

If you're chasing your fitness goals I know it's hard, I know it's exhausting but you have to keep going. .

Although some days you might not think so all your hard work will pay off in the end. .

Don't be discouraged when you don't see results you'd want to see. .

Stay patient and trust the process!


Leslie progressing significantly in her bench. You can see every rep is executed perfectly with great lat engagement and leg drive.


Just about a month ago she struggled with bench and it took a few adjustments to her positioning but look at her now.


She’s about to get STRONG with 5 more weeks until her first powerlifting meet.

2. Weekly check ins including going over body stats/measurements along with progress photos.


3. Constant and consistent communication via messaging or calls if time allows to clarify any questions you may have or adjustments that may be needed under certain circumstances. .

4. Supplement recommendations based on your fitness goals.


5. 1 monthly in person training session to work on technique or any other specific training questions you may have.


6. Be added into a private Facebook group where I will share motivation, training/nutrition/supplementation advice, along with allowing for you to share your experiences/questions with others to gain different perspectives.

Team Unstoppable powerlifting ladies pushed hard today for squat max outs.
Diana on the left getting 199 lbs and Claudia on the tight getting 215.5 lbs
They both have 4.5 months until their competition where they will crush it.
